The Global InsurTech fund seeks InsurTech investments in Israel;
Osnat Segev-Harel joins as a Venture Partner
Tel Aviv, IL, October 15 2018 – Eos Venture Partners (Eos), a strategic venture capital fund focused exclusively on the insurance industry, today announced the expansion of its market presence with the entrance to the Israeli market in search of InsurTech innovation.
Eos was founded by Sam Evans, Carl Bauer and Jonathan Kalman in 2016, and has offices in London and Philadelphia. Jonathan Kalman will visit Israel the week of October 14th, conducting meetings with innovative startups and venture capital firms that are active in this space.

With over two decades of experience in banking and insurance, Mrs. Segev-Harel runs a boutique advisory firm called Scale up Services, focused on growth strategy initiatives. She brings a unique view of innovation and growth, with focus on insurance. Her experience working with foreign investors and young startups is ideally suited for scouting and nurturing emerging InsurTech opportunities.
